House Staging

When we’ve agreed an asking price, we can then help you ‘stage’ the house to maximise its appeal. Floorplan

We’ll measure up to get a floorplan made, along with photos of course. We need to show potential buyers the layout and a flavour of what they can expect to see. The floorplans are a great tool to help us to help the buyer how they visualise the space as well as how it would work for them.

Photography

As most houses are different in some shape or form, we capture, where we can, a few distinctive features and advantages that make the house stand out from the others. We make sure these are covered in the sales brochure and descriptions so when we market through the portals (Rightmove, Zoopla etc) and digital channels, buyers can see the real value.

Viewing

Because it’s still your home and where you and your family live, we’re quite fussy who we invite for a viewing. As such, we qualify leads to ensure affordability and that they’re relatively serious buyers. We also learn about the leads in advance so when we take them for a viewing, we make sure that the key requirements are highlighted and that the house aligns with their needs.

Negotiation

A key role we play is to facilitate the negotiation process and as mentioned, we have your best interest at heart. We will offer negotiation strategies as there are a lot of factors we take into beyond the price.
